What strong points does the speaker already have?
Hyelin has clear voices which is an essential trait for a presenter to communicate with his audience.
She also does not mumble nor fidget, which let me, as an audience, to be left undistracted and fully focused on her presentation.
It was easy for the audience to know and follow what was coming up next as she mentions how she has composed her presentation.

How well did the audience get to know the speaker?
I now know her even better after watching her presentation video, all from how she got her english name to the name of her own club in her high school.
As her presentation formation is chronological, the audience could pick up bits from her entire life.
There is sufficient information. Not too less, yet not too much.

Did the speech reflect adequate preparation?
Not only her speech does, but her visual aids and a matching outfit shows that she has been working on the project with much preparation as well.
The level of her preparation is needless to mention.

Did the speaker talk clearly and audibly?
The speech is delivered in a suitable volume and clarity.

Did the speech have a definite opening, body, and conclusion?
The presentation starts with an organised introduction to her speech, then moves onto phases of Hyelin's life, then ends. Those three parts of her speech was clearly recognised.

Please comment on the speaker’s use of notes.
It was keen to use notes to deliver a long and fruitful speech.

What could the speaker have done differently that would have improved the speech?
My only advise is that Hyelin reads a little bit less from her notes.

What did you like about the presentation?
I like the content the most, because though it was chronological, which may turn into a boring list of events, Hyelin successfully collected suitable points.
Also her storytelling skills were beyond average.

I think this speech could be an exemplar of the ice breaker mission. Her speech is well organized so I could know clearly the sessions. and also it contains well summarized her whole life which is one of the goal of our the ice breaker speech.
But there are a little distracting thing. Even if she brought her visual aid, in the video, I cannot recognize that well.
