I was so impressed that you don't look nervous at all! Maybe that is because your original personality helps you speak with less nervousness in front of many people. That can be a talent. But you moved, or shook your body a lot in your speechtime. And that makes you don't seem serious. Being comfortable with people is surely a good point, but I think, sometimes a speaker needs to be serious and persuasive. Your loud and clear voice tone was also nice, though. Nice speech!
