Her voice and pronunciation was clear and easy to understand. It was also nice how she tried to make many eye contacts with the camera/audience. It would have been better if she stood still while presenting. Also, it looked like she was moving her hands a lot.

If you try to speak louder and clearer than this time, I'm sure your speech will be a greater one. It might be just the problem of recording tool, but I couldn't fully hear what you are saying. You opened your speech with welcoming, told about yourself through the speech and concluded with noticable ending, so it was easy to understand.
